I'll be leading a group headed to Casa Gregorio in San Vito Tagliamento, Italy for a 7 day/6 night Cooking Retreat! I am so excited about this journey to explore and enjoy Italy while learning about the local cuisine and how to master it. 

The adventure includes:

• 7-day, 6-night stay at Casa Gregorio in the charming town of San Vito al Tagliamento.

• All Meals & Wine-All of our delicious meals are included, beginning with dinner on August 29 and ending with breakfast on September 4, 2027. Wine and after-dinner drinks are also included with meals.

• Hands-On Italian Cooking Classes-Learn to prepare authentic regional dishes alongside an Italian chef who speaks both Italian and English.

• Culinary & Cultural Excursions-Explore local culinary destinations and discover the food, traditions, and flavors of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

• Airport Transfers- Round-trip transfers to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport are included at scheduled times only. At the end of the retreat, you may also choose a train transfer from Casa Gregorio to Venice.

• Pre-Trip Group Meeting- We'll gather together for a pre-trip in person (Can be Zoom) meeting so everyone knows what to expect, has an opportunity to ask questions, and can feel prepared and excited before we leave.
